We are the Shrewsbury Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Circular walk from the Aston on Clun home of an Arbor Tree which is at the heart of the annual celebration of Arbor Day that commemorates the restoration of the Stuart monarchy in 1660. The walk takes in both Clunbury and Clunton Hill's with there scenic views.
The walk uses both public footpaths and bridleways across hill and farmland pasture with short tarmac stretches to link the various parts of the route.

Aston on Clun Village Hall. We have been asked to park on the field at the rear of the hall for which there are two gates on the left of the hall that lead to a spacious field. See photo for picture of approach. There is an honesty box on site for a contribution towards the upkeep of the carpark which I would suggest £2 per car which I can collect. There is also a community shop selling a variety of foods and produce that has reserved parking spaces.
