Overview

Starting from the Queen's View Car Park, just off A809, we take the route up to Queen's View and onto Auchineden Hill trig, then we drop down and explore The Whangie.  Continuing down the hillside through moorland paths (some could be muddy), we join the good tracks circling the Burncrooks Reservoir. We end by joining a section of the John Muir Way, before returning to car park through woodland paths.

We will have the option of a stop off at Edenmill Farm Shop & Cafe for coffee & cake.
