Overview

The route will take us along grassy paths and tracks to the foot of the hill, where we will have a quick pit stop before ascending up to the trig on West Lomond (522m).  Hoping for a clear day and get great views of the surrounding hills and Loch Leven.    From there we will drop downhill past the Devil's Burdens, and continuing further down path to visit John Knox's Pulpit in the Glen Valley, where we will have our lunch, before continuing on the route back past Harperleas Reservoir to the car park.

Walk is at a moderate pace, approx. 11km, and could be muddy and slippery in some parts.

There is an option to stop in Falkland for coffee and cake after walk.

Please contact walk leader by Friday 19th June to confirm if you are joining the walk.
