We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We will start the walk at Overton Hill, where we can see the barrows and Sanctuary before descending down a rough track into East Kennet, where we will follow a quiet? road and then up into West Woods, which we wander round. On leaving the woods, we head up from Clatford Bottom, over fields to the outskirts of Manton. Taking quiet roads and paths, we head to Fyfield and over to Lockeridge. We now take the road to West Overton then East Kennett and back up the track to the cars.
As there are several sections of road walking extra care needs to be taken with regards to traffic. Some of the paths may be wet and muddy if we have rain, so dress appropriately for the weather on the day.
Please bring food and drink for the day.
