Overview

Starting at Stratford station, we walk through the Olympic park with its iconic venues to the River Lea, then down to the historic Three Mills, then on to the industrial heritage of Cody Dock for a picnic lunch and toilets. Onwards to the Trinity Buoy Wharf and the only remaining former lighthouse in London. We then walk around Mudchute Farm with its animals, WWII ack ack gun and views of Canary Wharf. We finish at Island Gardens DLR station with an optional visit to Island Gardens with a view of Royal Naval Hospital Greenwich and the entrance to the Greenwich foot tunnel.
