Meet at Carshalton station for a late autumn stroll through Carshalton Ponds, Beddington Park and Waddon Ponds returning to Carshalton for lunch at one of its many fine pubs. The walk will be around 4-5 miles, very easy going with no stiles or steep hills and is suitable for new members and occasional walkers.
Starting point outside Carshalton station at 10.30 am. Walk is expected to finish around 1 pm. No need to book.
Carshalton is on the Main Southern line from Sutton to London Victoria and also the Thameslink line from Sutton to St Albans. The leader will be boarding the train at Sutton.
