Linear walk through mix of woodlands and quiet roads. Pub lunch at The Plough at Effingham or picnic. Please text by 1pm on Monday 10th November to book for pub lunch.
Train from Sutton Station at 9:58 to Epsom and then 10:28 to Effingham Junction. There is a later train at 10:13 from Sutton but this arrives at Epsom only 5 minutes before the train to Effingham Junction. The earlier train also gives enough time to use the toilets at Epsom Station. Alternatively 10:10 direct from Wimbledon to Effingham Junction. Purchase day return to Effingham Junction. At end of walk, train at 15:03 from Bookham arriving at Sutton at 15:41 by changing at Epsom.
