Overview

The walk combines a long easy Thames walk, a visit to two places of historical beauty and interest, and a “green walk” through Barnes and Putney Lower Common. In Chiswick we pass the house of William Hogarth and then visit the gardens of Chiswick House where we will stop for picnic/café lunch. Muddy in places – we recommend boots.
