We are the South Birmingham Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a local, urban walk on pavements and well surfaced pathways. It’s designed to blow away the Christmas and New Year cobwebs. All the paths will be well known to most members.
From the start, after a tour round Cannon Hill Park we’ll walk past the Priory Hospital to the residences at The Vale, then along the canal path to the University Campus. Back via Serpentine Road and Selly Wick Road. It’s mainly flat, and easy walking, but there are one or two busy road crossings.
