Overview

A walk from Blaisdon across to Flaxley Abbey and Church. Then a climb to Welshbury Hill Fort before entering Flaxley Wood again for the return. Predominantly woodland walking with some tremendous views on a good day. All the climbs are moderate; however, two climbs are quite long and there is one steep descent not on woodland tracks. Several stiles.
