A long level walk going through a nature reserve owned by The Boxmoor Trust, along an old wooded drovers lane. Stopping just before Whelpley HIll by wood for a break and then making our way to the old Bovingdon Aerodrome now a film studio with sometimes film sets to be seen, where we walk along the fields and back through Bovingdon to the start.
Varied walk of changing scenery. Mainly flat.
Walk starts from outside the Bell PH, 79 High Street Bovingdon, HP3 0HP. There is plenty of street parking.
