A figure of eight walk with lovely views (weather permitting) taking in some of the Herefordshire trail and passing by the Cwmmau Farmhouse used as Shakespeare's home in the film Hamnet en route. The walk does have both stiles and some lane walking, but we will hopefully be rewarded with good views both of Hergest Ridge and over towards the Black Mountains.
Be prepared for muddy fields after all the recent rain so walking poles are recommended and be prepared for stiles.
There is a decent sized layby for parking on the A4111 between Eardisley and Kington but please car share where possible.
