After escaping the suburbs this walk follows the Lea and finds some isolated North Chiltern hills. The terrain is moderate but pace will be brisk to keep the cold at bay! Bring a packed lunch. Pub at the end.

Travel: Take 9:51 from London St Pancras International (9:36 London Bridge, 9:42 Blackfriars, 9:59 West Hampstead Thameslink), arr. Leagrave 10:36. Buy return to Harlington. Meet at station exit by Platform 1 (if you exit on Platform 4 please walk around).
