Overview

The penultimate section of our journey to complete the whole Capital Ring. Starting outside Highgate Tube station ( turn left at the exit turnstile) this is another mostly green and varied walk. Not particularly hilly and plenty of drop off points along the route. A few interesting talking points along the route.

A few roads to cross but most of the walk is green and pleasant taking in disused railways, parks and riverside walking. The full walk in 11.3 miles but being a London walk there are innumerable drop off points with good public transport options.
Public toilets and cafes can be found along the route. Packed lunch recommended but there is a supermarket near to our lunch stop where food can be bought or you might want to purchase food at a cafe or small independent shops. We start and finish at well connected train stations.
