Overview

Walking from Ystrad Mynach train station to Nelson via Penallta Park.

At Nelson there is the opportunity to view the historic Hand Ball Court.

Walk towards Trelewis and return via the walking/cycle trail through Penallta Park.

Coffee at Colliers Cafe before returning to Ystrad Mynach Rail Station

Meet 10.15am for train 10.22am from Cardiff Central (or catch en route) for Ystrad Mynach.

Start 11am from Ystrad Mynach railway station.

Walkers need to carry In Case of Emergency information – this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
