From the carpark at the top of the Downs we walk south across fields with views over the sea. Then we climb up into the woods around Michelgrove and then turn north with lovely views inland.
I am happy for dogs to come on my walk
Be aware there may be sheep & lambs in some fields so dogs need to be kept under control.
Car sharing advised as the car parking area is always busy at weekends.
Take the A283 towards Storrington. Just before reaching the village look for the sign for Chantry Lane on the left. Follow this small lane with passing spaces for about 2-3 miles until it climbs steeply to the carpark at the top of the hill.
