Overview

We start from Walton Colliery Nature Park (free car parking) for a wander around the lakes and see over-wintering birds.  From there through the sports fields and past the nature ponds.  Into Crofton and past its most notable conservation building.  From there along disused rail lines to the Anglers Country Park, more birds.  The into Haw Park and back to Walton alongside the disused canal.
