Overview

This is a B grade walk.

We cross the A76 and go down a short section of farm road towards the phone mast, where we begin to climb Corsencon.  We follow a track around the side of the hill before we climb steeply to the summit (475metres) where we will admire the view and have a short break....weather permitting.

We will begin descending steeply towards a wooden fence which we climb over onto a rough moorland area. This leads us to a farm track which we follow almost to the farm where we pick up another path taking us to a wooded copse where we will have our final break.  Then we head across fields towards a burn where we climb a fence which leads us back across farmers fields onto the farm road where we began the walk Then we cross the A76 back to the cars.
