We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk commences southwards on the Wayfarer's Walk before turning off onto the path rising up Cottington's Hill and passing the TV/wireless transmitter before transitioning into a road and heading through Meadham Copse to reach Meadham Lane.
We turn east and walk in the lane for 700 metres before taking paths to bring us to Hannington Green, where we will pause for refreshments.
Heading past The Vine we take a footpath heading south westwards at the end of the village to eventually reach the road near Manor Farm in North Oakley. Our return route follows the Wayfarer's Walk back to the start point.
Please bring refreshments for the mid-walk break.
There is no limit on the number of walkers but please book online.
White Hill car park is located approximately 2 Km south of Kingsclere off the B3051 road.
