A lovely walk, especially in February when the snowdrops are in flower. A great profusion can often be seen along the wooded edge of the Coundmoor brook. The route passes by two ancient bridges, the first one known as the Coundarbour bridge is of major importance as it is believed to be the oldest cast iron bridge still in use by wheeled traffic.
Some stiles. One steep descent and ascent. Mainly footpaths through woods and fields. Muddy in places.
