Overview

This walk is Cowfold & Little Parkminster a rural start across farmland and tracks. May be muddy in places, we are quickly away from the A272/ A281 junction and Into open countryside with some pretty rural buildings and views. There are stiles on this route, sorry  I didn’t count them but there are more than a few as you would expect across farmland. My companion guessed twenty we can count them on the way round if you can keep count. I’m guessing 15 stiles. We saw sheep and a few horses and as it’s winter the only cattle we saw were safely tucked up in a barn.

We also pass by St.Hugh’s Charterhouse Monastery, a Carthusian Order. More information at www.parkminster.org.uk
