We are the Shrewsbury Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Craven Arms and Stokesay Castle.Starting from the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms, a circular walk across fields to Clapping Wicket. A stiff climb through the woods to View Edge, followed by a section of minor road towards Aldon; then a descent along the edge of Stoke Wood to Stokesay Castle. A final section along the Shropshire Way back to the Centre. Refreshment stop en route.
