Overview

Starting at the Creigiau Recreation Ground.

Walking to Pentyrch then skirting the south side of the Garth, followed by a gentle ascent on the north side. Descending on the south side to walk along the Glamorgan Ridgeway.

Walking poles may be needed for this descent.

The Glamorgan Ridgeway takes us through the forestry as we continue the descent.

There are 2 stiles. 9 miles approx.

There is a carpark as you enter the recreation ground, but it is not very big, so best to car share at Llantrisant Leisure Centre.
