Overview

***Please note earlier meeting time 9:30***

We start from Bridges, taking the Shropshire way along the Darnford Valley to Brooks Farm. A gentle ascent past some pools takes us to a minor road, and the highest point of the walk at Thresholds. A bridle path leads us to the entrance to the Golden Valley and back to the farm. If conditions permit, we will cross the ford and return back along the lane along the south side of the valley, then back to Bridges.

Please note the car park is for pub patrons only, so it's almost compulsory to have a drink after the walk!

Please bring refreshments for coffee and lunch stops.
