Join us on this linear walk which largely follows the Derwent Valley Heritage Way from Hathersage to Calver. Firstly we will meet in Calver and take the 257 Sheffield bus at 10.28. Alighting at the Little John pub in Hathersage we then largely follow the course of the Derwent Valley Heritage Way until we reach Grindleford Church where we will stop for a break. We then continue to Froggatt and will stop for lunch in that area. The final leg of the adventure takes us back to Calver.
Please note that the meeting point is the bus stop at Calver Cross Roads for the 257 bus to Sheffield. The start time is 10.15, the bus is due to leave at 10.28.
Street parking is available in Sough Lane, Calver.
Please bring your bus pass or pay £3 for the bus journey.
The terrain will vary and walkers will find that good walking boots and poles will be advantageous.
Please bring a completed ICE card.

Please note that this is the starting point of the walk itself. We return to Calver.
