Overview

A walk mostly on easy paths crossing over the Dove Valley to Church and Middle Mayfield before climbing to the Limestone way. We follow a track along the ridge before descending, crossing the Dove again and heading for Snelston Village and Park. Along the way we see picturesque houses and churches and a grove of monkey puzzle trees.

Ramblers members from other Ramblers groups are welcome to join us.

Please wear walking boots and warm clothing and bring a waterproof.  Please bring plenty to eat and drink.  Please carry a completed ICE card (go to our website, click Walks, then click What to Bring).
