A gentle pastoral walk through the countryside around Doune. Culminating in a visit to a pre-Reformation era ruined church and a walk alongside the River Teith

A circular walk from Doune, through Doune Nature reserve, past/round the Doune Hill Climb Course, down to Old Kilmadock Cemetery.  Return along River Teith and through Wood of Doune. Optional extra leg to pass Doune Castle.

Terrain: Good, firm tracks throughout, excepting short potentially soft section.  Lighter footwear recommended.
