Overview

A short 4 & half mile circular stroll around Seaford Head to see the Sunflower field.

Walking along Chyngton Lane & up to Seaford Head, along towards the golf course passing the sunflower field, then along the cliff top towards the 7 Sisters, passing Hope Gap, up to the Coastguard Cottages, along the river & back through the sheep field to the start.
