We are a friendly, socially active Ramblers Group welcoming all who enjoy walking. Our walks programme is extensive and varied covering all days of the week.

We start from Golders Green tube station and walk through a very attractive part of Hampstead Garden Suburb, then onto the Heath. Toilets available after 2.8 km (1.8 mls). We continue through the Heath to our lunch stop (pub/picnic) at the Garden Gate pub on South End Road 4.4 km (3.0 mls). The pub is fairly expensive, but there are snacks, small plates and brunch available at lower cost. It is possible to leave the walk at this point, (Hampstead Heath Overground station). Then we are back onto the Heath, up to Parliament Hill for views over London, after leaving the Heath we walk along some interesting streets and alleyways, and then finish the walk at Tufnell Park tube station. Total walk distance is 7.4 km (4.5 mls). Meet walk leader at Morden underground station at 09:45 for 09:50 train. Arrive at Golders Green station at approx 10:42. If you plan to meet up at Golders Green, then please let the walk leader know. All travel is within the Freedom Pass area. The walk will be medium pace, ascent 86 metres, decent 113 metres. No stiles, no steep slopes. There may be some mud in places.
