Even though there is a thaw forecasted,I have decided to cancel this walk. Kiplingcotes is in a low- lying valley and the snow may not clear up in time. Hope everyone is not too disappointed .

Overview

This popular circular walk begins at Kiplingcotes former railway  station. 

Walking down the old railway track we go by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust nature reserve noted for large varieties of butterflies in the summer.

Heading towards Goodmanham Dale we walk part of the Yorkshire Wolds and Hudson Way and proceed to Arras Cottages. 

Walking down Kiplingcotes Lane,we head to Hudson Way nature reserve and back to the cars.
