Overview

Our pre AGM walk starts at the RSPB reserve of Fairburn Ings and takes us along good tracks and paths, although they will probably be muddy, to Ledsham.  From here we follow an elevated path to Fairburn village, then around the reserve back to the visitor centre.  We will have a short drinks stop en route and there are toilet facilities at the centre.  And just 3 stiles.  Our AGM will commence at 3pm at the Queen’s Mill, Aire Street, Castleford.  Prior to that, there should be time for refreshments at the café next door.  Please join us for this important date in the group’s calendar.
