In the morning we will follow the Offas Dyke path to the Kymin where we will hope for stunning views of the Wye Valley and beyond. After retracing our steps we will cut through an old coaching route towards Wyesham, returning to Redbrook along the disused railway line.
The afternoon route crosses the Wye on a footbridge before heading uphill, passing a totem pole and enjoying some woodland before reaching Penallt church. The return is along the Wye.
There is a small charge for parking at either of the two car parks in Redbrook. Please bring plenty to drink and a mid morning snack. All day walkers will need to supply their own lunch. Walking poles are useful.
The morning walk is approximately half the distance and ascent.
Booking essential, please text Barbara on 07845466101.
This walk isn't suitable for dogs.
