We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk starts at Manton car park and follows the gallops pass Clatford Down to the Wessex Ridgway (Herepath or Green Street). The Wessex Ridgeway is followed to Fyfield National Nature Reserve and then the walk makes it way back to the car park passed Grey Wethers or Sarsen Stones. It is a very long time since I did this walk and I have not pre-walked it.

Leave Marlborough on the A4 and take the right hand turn to Manton. Follow the road to the end keeping left at the junction.
