Gray Buchannan Park/Westquarter Glen

A lollypop shape walk from the Claremont Inn/Aldi car park. We will make our way to the Marchmount Avenue entrance into Gray Buchannan Park, followed by a short road walk to the village of Westquarter, where we will join the Westquarter Glen Path. After taking a circular route around Westquarter Burn we will retrace our steps to the cars.
There may be a few small muddy sections in the Glen.
Depending on the interest on the day, the walk could be extended to include Millhall Reservoir, taking the distance to 7 miles with minimal additional ascent. This would then be a figure of 8 walk.
