South Pentland hills from Flotterstone

Swish-back ridge walk of the south Pentland hills starting from Flotterstone and taking in Turnhouse, Carnethy, Scald law (the highest hill in the Pentlands), south Black hill, East Kipp and West Kipp returning via Loganlea and Glencorse reservoirs. The first part of the walk includes steep ascent and descents on stony hill paths with superb views across the Pentlands, while the return route is on minor road.
