Overview

A pleasant walk passing Wortley Top Forge - a 17th century industrial museum. A steady climb then takes us up to the old village of Green Moor. We walk through the pretty wooded area and down to Tin Mills which was a site of iron production from the early 18th century. As we return downhill we hope to see a beautiful carpet of bluebells in full flower.
