Overview

Join us for a 10.5 mile wander along Curbar, Froggatt and White Edges taking in Totley and Big Moors. Amazing views, several trigs, a couple of companion stones, red deer and a coffee shop at the start/end. No stiles, 2 very short lengths of road walking. Please note the tracks along the edges are very rocky underfoot - sturdy boots and walking poles recommended.

Toilets and cafe available at start and end of walk. Lunch stop will be at Curbar Gap which usually has a very good coffee & cake van parked up on Sundays. Parking at Longshaw is free for National Trust members, or Pay & Display (pay by card or phone only) for non members at £8 per car. Car sharing recommended. Dogs welcome, please keep them on a short fixed lead to avoid disturbing ground nesting birds and deer. While Longshaw is accessible by bus (Fox House stop), please note the Sunday service is quite limited.
