Overview

From the Hartham car park we'll head west via Hertford lock towards the A10, then cut up through a local housing estate to the busy A414 junction on the A10.  Aided by the junction's traffic lights, we'll cross this with care and continue South on a footpath to Hertford Heath, taking a break at the memorial there.  Then we'll start heading North back to Hertford via Hertford East station.
