Overview

If you would like a break from the Christmas preparations join me for this pleasant and varied stroll from Hartley Wintney. The walk takes in Hazeley Heath, with views of the old police college, then paths through farmland and woodland with a few short sections on quiet roads. There will be a short snack/drink stop after about 2.5 miles and a lunch stop at about 5.5 miles, near West Green House. Refreshment options available in the village after the walk include cafes and the Waggon and Horses pub, to be decided on the day depending on group size and preferences. Alternatively there is a selection of independent shops if anyone would like to do some last minute Christmas shopping!
