Overview

Our walk will commence in the village of Meerbrook with a short stop at Tittesworth Reservoir to enable the group to access the toilet facilities. The route from Tittesworth reservoir involves a steady climb to the summit of Hen Cloud via lanes, fields and moorland. On a clear day we will be rewarded with wonderful views of our local area.  On our descent back into Meerbrook there will be a few stiles to negotiate and maybe a little mud if the weather has been inclement. We will take two breaks along our route so please bring along snacks, lunch and refreshments.
