Overview

This leisurely stroll takes in Nantwich Lake, field paths, woodland, undulating landscape and locks on the Shropshire union canal. Along the way we pass the Secret Nuclear Bunker at Hack Green.

This secret nuclear bunker is well worth a visit (CW5 8BL) and is open on Wednesdays until 4pm for discovering what would have happened during the cold war in this region in the event of a National Nuclear Emergency.
