Parking in lay-by opposite All Saints Church,  Church Road (Flowers Green).   Fairly easy  5 mile walk  skirting Herstmonceux Castle  & Science Centre through Wartling Wood and onward over Horse Bridge in the direction of Wartling over varied countryside, returning to All Saints Church.
