Overview

We set off from Parc Calon Lân along forestry tracks and through Garw woods up to the ridgeway that crosses Werfa and Mynydd Llangeinwyr.  From there we descend to Lluist and ascend into woodlands above Pontycymer and Blaengarw before returning to the Parc.
