Overview

Walk starts from Cyfarthfa Castle and  follows the Taff Trail before climbing Cefn Cil Sanws and and then over to Vaynor Church.  The return to Cyfarthfa Castle is via Pontsarn and then along the bank of the Taff Fechan and takes in Taff Fechan Nature Reserve.
