Please join us for a moderate linear walk starting at Greenford Station - booking hall. We go through the Beaver enclosure, then along and across the Grand Union canal. We then go onto the wooded Horsenden Hill, where we will see the Gruffalo Trail and the summit with great views over West London. We also visit Brabsden Green deserted village, removed in 1970s, We stop near the Ballot Pub for picnic lunch and a drink. In the afternoon we will go back through the Greenford Beaver enclosure. We will see their handy work, but unlikely to see beavers as they are mainly nocturnal. Then down the Brent ending at Hanwell Elizabeth line Station seeing the majestic Hanwell viaduct on the way.
