A pleasant walk in beautiful countryside with superb views, weather permitting.
We will be following a mix of drovers' roads, pastureland footpaths, and quiet country lanes, with a stretch of open hill along Offa's Dyke.
In case of wintry weather, we will have the option to enjoy a late coffee break in Newchurch Church and a lunch in the beautiful 12th-century Thomas a Becket Church in Huntington. There will be tea and cake available at Huntington Church, so please bring a donation for the much-needed church restoration fund.
There may be muddy paths, so it's best to bring poles if you use them. Waterproof footwear highly recommended.
If you would like to join this walk, please book a place with the leader. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place.
Registered assistance dogs only.
Bring a packed lunch.
Car sharing is encouraged to minimise car parking, fuel cost and carbon footprint.
