A country walk on well defined tracks and footpaths. No stiles but some ups and downs. Boots and poles recommended . We can decide on the day as to whether we actually walk to the top of Hydon's Ball or just around the edge, then over horse fields to the church and back via part of the Greensand Way - the length of the walk depending on how we are all feeling.

There are no toilets at the carpark and the nearest coffee stop is probably Squires Garden Centre in Milford
The carpark is opposite the junction of Clock Barn Lane and Salt Lane. From Guilford take the A3 South turning off on the Petworth/ Midhurst turn (A283). Drive through Milford turning left at the traffic lights and taking the A283 at the roundabout and then first left, over the level crossing at Milford Station and straight over the cross roads at Hydestile onto Salt Lane. The carpark is on your right just after the next junction
