A walk onto Kilvey Hill with wonderful views across Swansea Bay.
Starting at Sainsbury’s café, we will walk past the old docks of SA1 then cross Fabian Way.
We will then walk through Danygraig and begin the ascent of Kilvey Hill.
On a clear day, there are lovely views over Swansea. As we make our slow-paced walk up the hill to the Television transmitter mast, the views we will see are superb!!
We’ll stop for lunch at the top then make our way downhill through woodland to Foxhole Road.
Crossing the busy A4217, we’ll join the Active Travel Path and head south for our return to Sainsbury’s.
Social after walk:
Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to The Queen’s Hotel.
N.B. Limited time parking at Sainsbury’s. Please use a long stay car park. Walk duration will be 3-4 hours
