Overview

From Lee Moor Village Hall car park we walk through woods next to Lee Moor China Clay works.  We then ascend up to the trig point on Shaugh Moor.  On a clear day there will be 360 degree views from the top.  This moor is full of prehistoric and medieval settlement remains.  We will also visit some of the remains of the RAF Hawks Tor World War 2 Chain radar station.  There is a stream to cross and some uneven ground in the woodlands.
