Small amount of ascent and no stiles. Walk is mainly through woodland and farmland passing through National Nature Reserve and Special Area of Conservation.
There will be short break roughly half way through walk.
Comfortable walking shoes or boots are recommended as some uneven ground and a little muddy if it has rained. There are a couple of roads to traverse which are usually quiet.
